In Casa Marina – the heart of LAGOVIDA – a wide range of gastronomic options, as well as accommodation and conference facilities, are available daily. The comfortable 14 harbor houses and 23 dune houses Comfort, with an open living/dining area, lake terrace, and sauna, are characterized by their individual architectural charm. The 6 "Kapitänskajüte" holiday apartments and the 24 "Seglerhütte," "Ankerplatz," "Piratennest," & "Leuchtturm" holiday and family apartments are generously and modernly designed. The motorhome harbor offers 45 pitches and a modern sanitary building.
Each pitch has electricity, water, and wastewater connections. Störmthaler See is an artificial lake located south of Leipzig.
It was created by the flooding of the southeastern part of the former Espenhain open-cast lignite mine. Harbor House: The 14 harbor houses, partially standing over the water in a maisonette style, guarantee an impressive view of the harbor and lake landscape.
In addition to comfort and functionality, a feel-good atmosphere is prioritized across more than 73 sqm. The large panoramic windows allow direct access to the terrace and create a warm, inviting ambiance, especially in the evenings. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi internet access leave no technical wishes unfulfilled.
A parking space is located directly in front of the house.
All harbor houses can be booked for up to 5 people. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with a small writing corner and an elegant bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sauna (infrared cabin or dry sauna). The open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor is equipped with comfortable seating, a sofa bed for the 5th person in the living area, a fireplace, and stylish interior design.
Parquet flooring and underfloor heating complete the room features.
