The modernly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a listed half-timbered house (Rayonhaus) from 1890.
Basedowstraße is one of the most beautiful streets in Magdeburg, as the entire streetscape has been preserved.

Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Stellplatz auf einem kleinen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht es, das Auto stehen zu lassen. Zu Fuß ist man schnell an der Elbe und nach ca. 2 km am Dom und im Zentrum der Altstadt. Auch der ÖPNV ist gut nutzbar. Parkanlagen mit netten Biergärten laden zum Verweilen ein.

Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur S-Bahnstation. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe und nicht am Straßenrand. Tolle Küche
Die Matratzen der Betten sind nicht für jeden Rücken geeignet.
Infomaterial zur Stadt und näheren Umgebung wäre toll.
Das Bad ist sehr klein.

Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr war recht gut.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war zweckmäßig.
Die Fenster zur Straße waren sehr Lärmdurchlässig. Durch das Stassenpflaster war es recht laut in der Wohnung. Auch waren die nächtlichen Geräusche der Nachbarn im gegenüber liegenden Haus (Sozialstätte- Frauenhaus ) teils beeinträchtigend.
Das Badezimmer war nur unzureichend gereinigt.
