Ideally located between Hyères and Bormes-les-Mimosas, this property offers stunning views of the hills of Valcros and the sea.

The living-dining room, equipped with a TV, opens onto a shaded terrace, ideal to enjoy the exceptional panorama. A nice open kitchen, fully equipped (oven, induction plate 3 fires, combined refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker filter, kettle, dishwasher). On the outside side, enjoy two beautiful terraces with stunning sea views.
Between deckchairs for relaxing moments, an outdoor table for your outdoor meals and an electric barbecue for friendly grills. The night space consists of a double bedroom with a bed (140x200 cm) directly overlooking the terrace, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm). A functional bathroom and separate toilet complete this space, with also a washing machine available for extra comfort. For your comfort: TV, WIFI, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, pool and tennis in the residence, outdoor furniture, electric barbecue. A parking space is at your disposal. To be paid on site : Deposit of guarantee 1200€ (in CB, not debited) tourist tax (according to the price in force), cleaning of end of stay compulsory 110€.
