You arrive via the shared entrance with the 2nd gîte. Equipped and integrated kitchen area, lounge area leading onto the private 12 m² terrace (garden furniture), shower room with WC and then up to the mezzanine with the bedroom (2 single beds that can be made into a double bed 180). Reversible air conditioning. Wifi access. Enclosed grounds of 800 m²: swimming pool shared with the owners and the gîte (7.5x4 flat-bottomed) secured by a tarpaulin cover. Pool house in front of the gîte not accessible. Parking in front of the gîte. Free laundry service provided by the owner on request only. This is an all-inclusive package!
