Inside the garden there is a lounge area, a hammock, and a dining area with table for 6 people and a parasol, ideal for alfresco meals, surrounded by nature. Among the outdoor spaces you will find a private pool (9 x 4.5 m, depth 1.50 m), open from 1st May to 15th October, and equipped with parasols, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and a gazebo with sofa and armchairs. Guests also have access to a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, perfect for preparing tasty pizzas with friends. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost (maximum 1 pet). The ground floor of the villa is closed to guests as is used by the gardener. A spacious and bright open-space living area welcomes us, elegantly furnished with: a double sofa bed, fireplace, tv, dining table for 6 people, and kitchen.

The latter is fully equipped with: oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and coffee machine. From the living room you can directly access the balcony with breakfast table and pool views. Lastly you will find 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 double bedrooms.
