Our modern apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on a comfortable 60 to 65 m². It features a cozy bedroom, an open living-dining-cooking area, and a furnished balcony or terrace for you to enjoy. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people: a comfortable box spring bed in the bedroom and a high-quality sofa bed (160x200 cm) in the living room, ideal for 2 people. For the little ones, we provide a baby bed free of charge. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: an induction cooktop with built-in oven/microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, and a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine ensure comfort. Upon request, we can also provide a toaster. The bathroom features a spacious shower, a private washing machine, and a drying rack for your convenience.

Welcome to our holiday and apartment house at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Park Detmold! The holiday and apartment house at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Park is located 400 meters from Detmold train station. The old town, the central marketplace, the Detmold State Theater, the Residenz Castle, and other attractions are within walking distance. Popular hiking destinations, such as the famous Hermannsdenkmal, the Berlebeck Eagle Observatory, and the impressive Externsteine are reachable within a maximum of 10 kilometers from the apartment house.

The payment of the travel price is made on site in cash or in advance via bank transfer or Paypal.
Cancellations up to 3 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 100% of the total price.
Check-in is possible from 2 PM to 10 PM. Check-out is between 6 AM and 11 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance for arrangements if necessary.
The key handover is done via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before arrival.
A baby cot/high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are allowed for a fee of €10 per pet/night. Parking is possible in the public area for a small fee.

You will receive detailed "arrival and stay information" from me via email or WhatsApp Business 2 days prior to your arrival. The key access is via a key box and a private assigned pin code. I will remain reachable by phone for you.
