A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is offered free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service.
Any cleaning during the stay, fresh linen/towels, restocking of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost.

La capacità di risolvere i problemi: abbiamo chiesto due asciugamani in più e non ci sono stati forniti, il telecomando del garage non funzionava, l’impianto elettrico funzionava parzialmente.

Appartement correct dans un quartier nord de Rouen,le logement était correct. Les consignes pour l arrivée et le retour était clair , petit bémol 3 télévisions une seule télécommande et pour les ustensiles de cuisine ( petite casserole et petite poêle) n’était pas adapté à la plaque de cuisson.

Pour moi les coussin étaient trop fin mais on ne va pas me satisfaire personnellement :-).
Tout était clair et bien expliqué.
