This modern 25m2 flat includes a fitted and equipped kitchen where you can eat, a bedroom/living room with decorative fireplace and a shower room with WC.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 hobs, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and a high table for enjoying your meals! The shower room has a vanity unit, mirror and toilet.
The flat is equipped with a television. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation.
However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours.

In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom.
A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service.
Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation. The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more!
