Welcome to this charming townhouse tucked away at the back of a courtyard, with a private terrace overlooking a shared garden.
It’s an ideal place for a family with two children, thanks to the two bedrooms upstairs. Through the door of a beautiful Haussmann-style building, you’ll discover a lovely garden that invites rest and relaxation.
At the heart of this peaceful haven, a charming little house awaits you, featuring a private terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast outside or dining in the sun. On the ground floor, you’ll find a warm living area with a dining space, a lounge with a sofa bed, and an open, fully equipped modern kitchen including a Nespresso machine.
There is also an elegant marble bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers plenty of storage, while the children’s room is fitted with a bunk bed, perfect for younger guests. The house stands out for its character and quality materials: polished concrete, a glass partition overlooking the garden, a custom kitchen, a marble bathroom with mosaic flooring, and original parquet floors upstairs. For your comfort, bed and household linens are provided. Please note that there is no private parking available.
However, you can park in nearby streets according to local rates. The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. A security deposit will be requested via a secure link to finalize your booking and receive the access codes for the property. Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? A flat fee of €10 applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval from our concierge team. ## Access Travellers have access to the entire property. ## Interaction We adapt to travellers' preferences. ## Neighborhood Just a 5-minute walk from the city centre (Place du Vieux Marché), in a lively, dynamic neighbourhood with many bars and restaurants and quality shops. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refresh, replenishment of essential items, or delivery services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the Home Rouen tourist guide, our recommendations with promotional codes from selected partners, and the check-in instructions for your accommodation. Home Rouen also offers additional services upon request to make your stay as enjoyable as possible: baby equipment rental, luggage services, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, guided tours, event organization, and much more. Petite maison au calme dans une cour, dans un quartier sympa. Parfait pour une famille de 4.
À noter cependant, gros soucis d’humidité au rez-de-chaussée, logement chichement meublé et fourni. Trop peu de vaisselle et les essentiels manquent.
Le ménage n’est pas fait dans les coins.
