Discover this charming, tastefully furnished F2 apartment, located in Rouen's Beaux Arts district, right next to Rouen train station. On the 3rd and top floor of a Rouen building, you'll enjoy a view of the Rouen dungeon.


The living area features a lounge and dining area with sofa, TV, dining table and coffee table.


The kitchen opens onto the living area and is fully fitted and equipped. You'll enjoy hotplates, a large Smeg fridge with freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils to prepare your meals.


The bedroom is independent, with a large Emma double bed (180x200) and storage space. The shower room is attached to the bedroom, with all the comforts of an early-morning wake-up call, and is equipped with a washing machine. The WC is independent.


Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood


Rouen's Beaux-Arts district is one of the city's most emblematic and cultural districts. It's located in the heart of the city center, near Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Vieux-Marché, and takes its name from the Musée des Beaux-Arts, which is housed here. This museum, founded in 1801, is one of France's leading museums outside Paris, housing an impressive collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and objets d'art ranging from the Renaissance to modern art.

The Beaux-Arts district is distinguished by its historic buildings and elegant atmosphere. There are many half-timbered houses typical of Norman architecture, alongside more recent buildings and classical architecture. Rue Morand is located next to Rue Jeanne d'Arc. Rue Jeanne d'Arc is one of Rouen's main downtown thoroughfares, and is well served by the Astuce public transport network. Here are the main transport options available on this street

Bus
Route F1 (Fastobus): This is a fast line that runs through Rouen city center, with several stops along rue Jeanne d'Arc. It provides easy access to various parts of the city.


Line 8: This line serves several stops along rue Jeanne d'Arc, providing easy access to Rouen's northern districts and city center.


Line 11: This line also runs along rue Jeanne d'Arc, providing connections to other major areas of Rouen.


Line 13: Bus line linking the city center to other districts via rue Jeanne d'Arc.


TEOR
TEOR lines T1, T2 and T3 cross rue Jeanne d'Arc. In particular, they stop at Gare-Rue Verte station, located at the top of rue Jeanne d'Arc near the SNCF train station, and Théâtre des Arts, further down the street, near the historic center.


Metro
Gare-Rue Verte metro station is on rue Jeanne d'Arc, near Rouen's SNCF train station. The metro connects to more distant neighborhoods such as Saint-Sever to the south or Boulingrin to the north.


Railway station
Rouen-Rive-Droite station is located at the top of rue Jeanne d'Arc. From here, you can catch regional and national trains to Paris, Le Havre and Caen.

## Notes


Please note that the building does not have an elevator and that the apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may find access difficult.


Arrivals are via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and departures by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.


Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the apartment, all guests are provided with household linen, first-day essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen garbage can bag, bathroom garbage can bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure everything runs smoothly and avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Follow all instructions, whether concerning opening hours or the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (250€ deducted from the security deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (50€ deducted from the security deposit), that pets are forbidden (50€ deducted from the security deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
