The open-plan kitchen is both fitted and equipped, with hob, fridge, coffee maker, oven, microwave, cooking utensils and washing machine for your convenience.
Each room has a double bed (140x190) for a peaceful night's sleep and an individual television for your personal entertainment.
The shower room is both modern and functional, with a double washbasin unit and heated towel rail.
Just a short walk from the Clinique Mathilde, this flat combines a convenient location with carefully thought-out furnishings.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation.
However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm.

If you're arriving by train from the SNCF station, you'll take the F7, which will drop you off at the Bammeville stop at the foot of the flat. ## Notes Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 2nd floor.
Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.
Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility.
Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out time is no later than 11am.

In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom.
