"Uttied" = "Time Out"! Directly on the shores of Plauer See, a longing for the lake is quenched for families, water sports enthusiasts, cyclists, and fans of magnificent sunsets.

The house offers space for 4 (or even 6 with the sofa bed) people in approximately 80 square meters of living space. On the approximately 400 sqm property, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the lake from the large terrace after an eventful day, experience fantastic sunsets, have barbecues, or spend sociable game nights. Sufficient parking spaces for cars and boat trailers are available. Spend a wonderful time out here, whether in the garden, in front of the crackling fireplace in the living room, on the covered balcony, on the beach, or on the water.

Experience the unique atmosphere around Plauer See and the Fleesensee region, which invites you to cycle, boat, engage in water sports, golf, and hike. You have the jetty and slipway in front of you and could bring your own boat. However, a guest berth is only available at an additional cost! You can golf in the Fleesensee region.

The holiday home Uttied has its own mooring on the jetty, which you can rent additionally (at an extra cost) if you wish to bring your own boat.

- Use of slipway per use EUR 10; this is waived if a berth is booked
