Ground floor: living room opening onto private terrace, fitted kitchen, bedroom (2 beds 0.90m), shower room, separate wc. Storage room (skis, bikes, etc.). Access to owners' laundry on request. Enclosed car park, small private enclosed plot. Beds made on arrival, heating extra from 1 October to 15 April (meter readings taken). Chairlift 4km away, cinema 3km away and tourist train on site. ONE CAT OR DOG LESS THAN 10 kg per stay. Electric vehicle charging (invoiced according to meter reading) to be paid to the owner. Comfortable, single-storey gîte on the ground floor of the owners' house. Separate entrance. Terrace with awning, garden furniture and swing.
