Entrée indépendante au rez-de-chaussée. 1er étage : cuisine ; salon ; salle de bains ; wc. 2ème étage : 2 chambres (1 lit 1.40 m + 2 lits 0.90 m + équipement bébé). Petit terrain non clos.Forfait chauffage de 8 €/jour du 1/10 au 30/04 et électricité sur relevé de compteur à régler au propriétaire. INTERNET FILAIRE (MAIS PAS DE WIFI).Le jardin comporte un ruisseau (accès sous la responsabilité des parents ) ECOGÎTE. Gîte aménagé dans la belle maison comtoise rénovée des propriétaires (mitoyenne), en bordure d'un ruisseau, sur le GR59 (Vallée du Lison).
