Ground floor: large shared entrance hall or possibility of separate entrance. 1st floor: kitchen/living room (sofa bed) opening onto balcony-loggia, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m, 1 folding bed 0.90m), shower room, separate wc. Unenclosed courtyard shared by the 2 gites. Garage. Electric heating not included, to be paid to the owner (on meter reading) Electricity charged on meter reading above the 8kwh per day included in the tariff. Wood provided free of charge for stove. NO SHORT STAYS Comtoise house comprising 2 gîtes ( 25G272 and 25G273 ) in a small village in the heart of the Lison valley.
