This gîte is set in a traditional 17th century Comtoise farmhouse, the owners' family home which also includes another gîte and is located 500m from the village centre. This small village in the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park is famous for its hiking and cross-country skiing, and is a pioneer in organic farming and sustainable tourism. Numerous outdoor sports and cultural activities: numerous hiking and mountain bike trails, cross-country ski and snowshoe trails, lakes, museums. 110 km of groomed cross-country ski trails for all levels, with links to neighbouring villages (Bellefontaine, Morbier, Chaux-Neuve, Mouthe, Foncine).
