Villa Venusta is a charming luxury villa for 8 people, all in white lime, wrought iron wood and stone, restored on ancient walls of fascinating Arab architecture, nothing is left to chance. The 4 bedrooms are all finely furnished with period furniture and take place in a succession of cradle vaults, cross vaults, columns and ancient capitals. From the enchanting private pool located in the rock of the sea, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Praiano.

The Villa has a private wine cellar with more than 100 labels of the best Italian and French wines with possibility of purchase and tasting.

Surrounded by lemons, olive trees and the Mediterranean Sea, Villa Venusta offers one of the most amazing views: Capri, the island of li Galli and of course the most amazing sunset you can imagine, facing Positano where the whole sky is colored with orange and pink.

The position of this prestigious villa is really practical and extremely quiet, away from the busy summer crowd! It's right in the centre of Praiano. There is no stairs to access the property and parking for 2 vehicles is free.

Villa Venusta offers a quick Internet connection and a space dedicated to intelligent work.

The Villa is divided on 3 different levels

• Dining room with high vaulted ceilings and is paved with terracotta tiles made by the original hand, a large table for 10, with windows overlooking the sea;
• Sea view lounge with smart TV and access to the first bedroom;
• Double room in mezzanine with a queen size bed (160x200) and a single bed, with access to the pool;
• Massage room (available on request);
• Fully equipped bathroom with shower and wooden sauna;

First floor
• One bedroom with single bed with two curved windows opening onto the first living room, bathroom with shower;
• Small garden equipped with outdoor furniture;

Third floor
• Double room with queen size bed (160x200) and access to the large panoramic terrace;
• Double room with 2 single beds and access to the large panoramic terrace;
• Large bathroom with hand-made shiny mosaic tiles with jacuzzi;
• Outdoor swimming pool with hot tub, sea view (2.5 mt. X 7 mt.) (20 cm to 1.6 m depth) with sun rays and sun loungers;
• Fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining room;

Villa Venusta is located on the upper part of Praiano, where you have the best chance to admire the sunset on Capri and Positano. To access the property, there are no stairs and free parking is available for 2 vehicles.
