The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor - 31 m² living room - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and washbasin area - Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - 23 m² enclosed garden - A 12 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days The house is ideally located in Morlaix, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - The town boasts a rich historical heritage (open 16th-century lantern houses, staircases and alleyways forming part of a “Circuit des venelles”...). - A water park, skate park, bowling alley, paintball... - Tree climbing - The sea is 15 minutes away by car. - The marina - Château du Taureau, Vauban fortress... - Visit the parish enclosures - Hiking in the Monts d'Arrée Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Morlaix train station, approx. 7 min by car. - Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne airport, about 36 min by car.

Très bon accueil et disponibilité des propriétaires. Maison ancienne mais spacieuse et confortable. Quartier calme à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Morlaix. A proximité de l'île de Batz et proche de la côte de granit rose. Un séjour agréable en tous points.
