Welcome to our holiday flat Casa Mila in Nordhorn!

Our lovingly furnished holiday flat Casa Mila was completed in 2025 and offers space for 4 adults plus 2 children.

Notes:
Electricity/water/heating are included.
Bed linen and bath towels can be ordered on request for a fee.
Two dogs allowed for an extra charge.
A parking space is available free of charge on the property.

With the free Grafschafter guest card you can use the bus and train for free and receive
discounts at numerous excursion destinations such as the zoo, the swimming pool
Delfinoh or the UCI cinema. Culinary highlights are offered by numerous
restaurants within walking distance.

Note: There may be
impairments in the Seepark due to construction work - this has already been
taken into account in the pricing.

On 73 m² you will find two cosy bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm), a living area with underfloor heating, a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV and PlayStation 4 as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

The wellness bathroom with sauna and whirlpool invites you to relax.

Start the day with a coffee on one of the covered terraces with
a view of the greenery or the lake.

Thanks to free WiFi and a Sonos sound system, you can stay connected even on holiday.
For families, we provide a cot, high chair and children's crockery.

Games, activities and a playground within sight provide
entertainment.

Pets are welcome, and a free car park
is located directly at the house.

The location on Lake Vechtesee and in the immediate vicinity of Nordhorn city centre is ideal for cycling and hiking tours as well as water sports.
