This modern and stylish villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and safety, ensuring a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends.
The villa has a large living room with open kitchen, equipped with a large American fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The comfortable living room includes a sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access, while the bright dining room offers a table that can seat up to eight people.
The bedrooms include a master suite with a large double bed (160x200), a private bathroom and toilet, a second bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a third bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and bunk beds (90x190).
A separate bathroom and toilet are also available.
The storeroom is equipped with a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a tancarville.
For families with young children, the villa provides a cot, a stroller, a high chair and board games, all at no extra cost.
Outdoors
Outside, the south-facing garden allows you to enjoy the 6x3 metre heated swimming pool (available from May to September), as well as garden furniture for 8 people, a large electric awning to protect you from the sun, and a large plancha for outdoor cooking.

Located just 800 metres from the beach and 600 metres from a picturesque village with many shops, such as restaurants, bars, a newsagent, Carrefour City and other shops, a market, and a port that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, its location is both convenient and pleasant.

A few suggestions:- people are getting taller and only 1 bed of 2m length is not really enough. There is definitely space for all beds to be 2m instead of 1.9m.- Good location with one issue, the very frequented cycling path next to the garden and pool section.
