La ubicación es muy buena, en una zona tranquila cerca de un parque forestal, ideal para pasear. A 12 minutos de las playas de novo sancti petri (acceso a la vivienda por camino asfaltado) y de zona de supermercados.
La piscina es algo pepueña, y aunque fueron a limpiarla en mitad de nuestra estancia, tiene verdín por el borde.
