Cozy and bright just 25 kms from Barcelona, 200m from a sandy beach and 5 min walk from the train station with direct and continuous departures to the center of Barcelona and direct arrivals in 30 min.
It is a very quiet and familiar area with good communications.

It is located on the third floor without elevator and has a bright and fresh balcony. The two bedrooms consist of a double bed and a bunk bed for two people. The bathroom has a shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, heating for winter, fans, good internet connection and private parking in the building. There is also a playground with ping-pong and playgrounds nearby. It is a very quiet and familiar area perfect to enjoy walks, the beach and visits to Barcelona and Costa Brava for its good communications.

IMPORTANT: 3RD FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR
1 EURO PER PERSON PER NIGHT IN CASH FOR TOURIST TAXES WILL BE REQUESTED AT CHECK IN.
You can only stay alone, previously registered by check in online, the holder of the reservation and number of guests on the reservation.
