The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (140x200), dressed with soft, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom features a sleek sink, mirror, and a refreshing shower, while the toilet is located separately for added convenience. A washing machine is also at your disposal.
Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi available throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

Nanterre, located around 10 km from the center of Paris, is a dynamic city combining modernity and cultural heritage. Known as home to the La Défense business district with its impressive skyscrapers and famous Arche, Nanterre also offers a pleasant contrast with its green parks, notably the Parc André Malraux, ideal for a stroll. The city is steeped in history and culture, with Sainte-Geneviève Cathedral and the University of Paris-Nanterre, famous for its role in the events of May 68. Well served by public transport (RER A and several bus lines), Nanterre allows visitors to enjoy both the bustle of Paris and the charm of a quieter suburb.
The property is easily accessible by public transport.
The Nanterre-Ville RER station (line A) is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly airports are around 40 minutes away by car.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
