The house of approximately 140m² on 2 levels includes: • On the ground floor: oA spacious, fully equipped open kitchen, with a friendly dining area oA comfortable and bright through lounge oA utility room oAn independent toilet • Upstairs: o5 tastefully furnished bedrooms o2 shower rooms with toilets. Bed linen and towels included. Exteriors & Equipment: •A wooden terrace with a gas barbecue for your summer meals •A private swimming pool, secured by an electric roller shutter •A covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture •A clear view of the surrounding vineyards and countryside, for a 100% nature stay Please note that a watercourse borders the property and there is no WIFI. A few minutes from the village of Tulette, between vineyards, olive trees and lavender.
