Between Avignon and Les Alpilles, a holiday home on the outskirts of the village of Rognonas, pets welcome (1).

The house is located in a quiet but not isolated area. Shops and the heart of the village are only 300 m away. A 23 km ‘Voie Verte Val de Durance’ cycle path linking the village of Rognonas to that of Plan-d'Orgon passes close to the house. Rognonas is strategically located for exploring Provence: the Alpilles, the Camargue and the Luberon, not to forget the beautiful city of Avignon. Other interesting sites to visit are located within a 30 km radius of Rognonas: Les Baux de Provence, Arles, Fontaine de Vaucluse, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Gordes.

INSIDE
You enter into a large, bright, air-conditioned room with a living room and kitchen. A second separate lounge with sofa and TV is ideal for relaxing. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a large double bed and an en suite shower room with WC. On this level, a bathroom with WC and a utility room complete the accommodation. Upstairs, there is a separate bathroom with WC, and two bedrooms. One has a large double bed and the other has 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a 160 cm bed, and a third single bed. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in all three bedrooms.

OUTSIDE
The fully enclosed 1000 m2 garden provides parking forthree cars inside the property, while a third vehicle can be parked outside in front of the gate. The grounds are well planted with trees and have seating areas where you can enjoy the view of the swimming pool, as well as a children's swing. There is a covered terrace with a summer kitchen for meals by the pool. There is also an outdoor shower and private WC.

OUR OPINION
This holiday home is ideal for discovering Provence thanks to the ‘Voie Verte Val de Durance’ cycle path which passes in front of the property. But don't forget to visit Les Alpilles with its famous villages, small roads and magical places.
