Your single-story vacation rental includes:

- an adjoining storage room with a washing machine, freezer, and storage (ideal for bicycles, strollers, water sports equipment, etc.).
Exterior:
- a large 22 m² south-facing cemented terrace
- a 430 m² lawned garden with young fruit trees
- a 140 m² gravelled courtyard with easy parking for 2 to 3 cars.
Detached house in the town of Lannion, at the end of a cul-de-sac. On a plot of 865 m², spacious cottage to settle in a residential area north of Lannion bordered by the D767 which leads you to the most beautiful sites that the Pink Granite Coast has to offer.
But before going there, take the time to discover Lannion: stroll along the quays (the GR34 trail passes there), wander through the old quarters with their half-timbered houses, taste the Trégorrois terroir at the Thursday morning market, and many other gems of local heritage.
Within a radius of 15 km, from the superb beach of Trestel en Trévou Tréguignec to the Bay of Saint Michel en Grève, you will enjoy a breathtaking coastline and leisure activities.
The legendary seaside resort of Perros Guirec (Thalassotherapy, casino, port, panoramic cornice, village of Ploumanac'h, vedettes des 7 îles, etc.) 6 km to the north hardly needs any introduction.

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par une personne de la famille résidant à proximité. Le logement est impeccable, moderne, parfaitement équipé. Le terrain est propice pour permettre aux enfants de jouer et le salon de jardin permet de manger dehors. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter.
