For us, the name of the new residential and commercial building was quickly decided: Alte Druckerei. At the end of October 2019, the demolition of the aging building began, which evoked many childhood memories in us. Thus, step by step, the new residential and commercial building named Alte Druckerei was created. Our new holiday apartments, built with attention to detail, are centrally located on the island with a view of the pedestrian zone and the silhouette of Norderney.
The building has triple glazing, so you can enjoy your holiday in peace.
The elevator conveniently takes you to the upper floors. You can reach restaurants, cafes, and shops immediately.
The spa park, spa theater, and Conversation House with its diverse cultural offerings, the thalasso spa, Weststrand beach, and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes.
