There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

You can make the tastiest dishes in the modern kitchen which is fully equipped with all the appliances you are also used to at home and has luxury built-in appliances.  In your garden with covered terrace, you can sunbathe while the children play.

Several villas have a charging port to charge electric cars.

For charging your electric car there is a standard socket just like the sockets in the house.
