From the living room we access to the private terrace and from here to the access to the communal area and from the kitchen there is access to the private and covered parking with one parking space.

This urbanization in Els Poblets has a good situation to access all the places, the Almadrava beach with pebble stones only about 150 metres away, but this same beach at about 900 metres is of fine sand. Chiringuito beach bar at 150 metres, restaurant at 400 metres and a supermarket. There is a bus stop to go to Denia or to all the beaches in the north of Denia at only 600 metres.

Els Pobles is the nearest town and has all the services and activities and only 15 minutes drive away is Denia, capital of the Marina Alta, with great cultural, leisure and sporting attractions, without forgetting that it offers an excellent gastronomic offer both day and night.
