Treat yourself to a cocooning getaway for two, between ocean and forest on the Landes coast.
The Evi gîte is ideal for enjoying the beaches and the lake just 7 km away, the Moliets international golf course 15 km away and the cycle path 1 km away.
You will appreciate the calm and tranquility of the place, the private covered terrace offering much appreciated shade in summer and a breathtaking view of the pine forest, the modern and sober decoration as well as the quality of the services offered.
This independent single storey house offers a surface area of 35m².
Bright and air-conditioned, it is composed of:
- a living room with living room (TV, WIFI, BZ sofa for an additional person), dining area and open kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave)
- a bedroom: 1 160x200 bed
- a bathroom with shower
- a separate toilet
- a pantry with washing machine.
The outdoor terrace at the back is entirely private. It offers garden furniture and a plancha.
Parking your vehicle is in front of the property, in a free space. Entrance to the property is through a small gate.
To make your stay pleasant, sheets, household linen and bathroom linen are included. The beds are not made.
A beach shuttle operates in summer, 1.5 km away.
