During your stay, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of various activities in the area, including hiking and mountain biking directly from the cottage. You can go fishing at Lac des Aiguilles, which is the leading center for sport fishing in the entire Pays d'Oc region.

Everything is provided for anglers, as well as for friends and families.

Additionally, you can visit the nearby mill, the Cathar castle of Queribus, and enjoy horseback riding, canyoning, and paragliding. In the evening, relax in the various restaurants and savor the regional specialties.

A plancha grill and quality garden furniture are available for you to enjoy beautiful summer evenings on the private terrace. The cottage is arranged over three levels: * **Ground floor:** * A shower room with a toilet. * A gym with a treadmill and elliptical bike, plus a space to store your bicycles. * **1st floor:** * 1 bedroom with a 160/200 cm bed. * 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90/200 cm. * A separate toilet. * **2nd floor:** * A large, air-conditioned kitchen and dining room, and a living room, all opening onto the terrace.
