It features a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and a 1,280 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair and Bluetooth speakers - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room, and en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower) - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with double bed (140×190) - Shower room (with walk-in shower) - Separate WC An outbuilding - Bedroom 4: with double sofa bed - Shower room (with walk-in shower) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Exterior: - A private, unheated swimming pool (8x4m), open from early May to late September and protected by an alarm system. (Opening date not contractually binding) - A lovely 1,280 m² enclosed garden planted with trees. - A 200 m² terrace with outdoor furniture and children's play area. - A pétanque court The house is ideally located in Montfort-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Sightseeing and heritage visits - Canoeing - Hiking - Fishing Transports: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 7 cars.
