Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises :
- two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom;
- a living room for relaxing after a day's outing.

Private parking for the apartment is on the right, next to the tree, and on the left, reserved for the apartment below.
Household linen is not included but can be rented.
The Conciergerie des Stations will contact you by SMS before your stay to propose it to you. The arrival is scheduled at 5 PM, but can be advanced depending on availability upon request by SMS to the Concierge. Pets are not welcome. One of the apartment's assets is its brightness.
It is also highly appreciated for its location: - view of Mont Blanc and the whole mountain range on the east side, view of the Aravis mountain range on the balcony on the west side; - close to various restaurants; - close to ski resorts in winter (see COMBLOUX tourist office); - a 20-minute walk from a “SUPER Intermarché” for everyday shopping. Places of interest close to the property : - Plan d'eau Biotope 9 minutes away by car (hiking, trail and mountain biking in summer); - Chamonix-Mont-Blanc about 30 to 35 minutes away; - Parc de Merlet (reservation required) 40 minutes away (mountain animals Chamois, Ibex, Marmots, etc.); and much more... Le chalet est sympa et calme. La localisation est très bonne mais pas tout proche des pistes ni des commerces. Parfait pour se reposer. Literie très bonne. Cuisine très bien équipée. Suffisamment grand pour 4.
