Just 15 km from Palma de Mallorca, near Santa Maria del Camí in the countryside, lies this beautiful villa designed to offer an unforgettable stay for families and groups of up to 6 guests.



Outdoors, the villa surprises with two magnificent swimming pools. The larger, saltwater pool is a true paradise with its 33 x 33 metre surface area surrounded by palm trees, creating a resort atmosphere. The second, chlorine pool measures 20 x 20 metres and has a chill-out terrace furnished with sofas and a dining area. Like a private beach, there is a sandy area with sun loungers, parasols and a relaxation area perfect for lounging.



The setting is ideal for families with children, who can interact with nature in the fish ponds, aviaries, rabbit hutches and a chicken coop. There is also a playground with swings, a slide and a trampoline. For family leisure time, the villa has a fixed and a mobile barbecue, as well as an extensive garden with abundant vegetation.



The interior of the house is cosy and designed to offer a unique experience, with many charming details. From the terrace you enter a bright living room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and different types of coffee machines. In addition, there is an air-conditioned teleworking area with a large exotic aquarium that adds a special touch. The dining room has a unique design reminiscent of a small restaurant, with its own bar counter, beer puller, large fridge and an impressive stone oven perfect for making homemade pizzas. For the little ones, there are children's games, soft toys and books.



The villa has 3 bedrooms: two with double beds, one with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a third with a bunk bed and an extra bed, ideal for children. In addition, there are two more bathrooms with shower. To ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year, the house is equipped with central heating, Wifi, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and hoover.



Located in the heart of the island, Santa Maria del Camí is a charming village with a strong Mallorcan character. Known for its vineyards and wineries, this destination is perfect for wine lovers. Santa Maria's Sunday market is one of the most authentic in Mallorca. Here, visitors can find fresh local produce, handicrafts and typical Balearic gastronomic specialities. In addition, its proximity to the Tramuntana mountain range allows for hiking and cycling routes with spectacular views.



Just 15 km from Santa Maria del Camí, Palma de Mallorca is the capital of the island and a vibrant city full of history and culture. Its architectural jewel is the Cathedral of Santa Maria de Palma, known as La Seu, an impressive Gothic building overlooking the bay. Nearby, the Almudaina Royal Palace and Bellver Castle are must-sees for history buffs. You can discover beautiful beaches such as the lively beach of El Arenal or its quieter neighbour, Can Pastilla or visit the southwest area and beaches such as Palmanova and Sant Elm.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa is payable at check-in.



Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email and each registration form will be signed on the day of arrival.



The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 4 days after departure.
