High-standing villa with beautiful views of the area, located 2 km from the centre of the cozy medieval village of Montauroux and close to the large bathing lake Lac de Saint Cassien.
The area offers beautiful nature, other cozy villages, many hiking and cycling routes and one of the best golf courses in the south of France. The Mediterranean beaches of Cannes can be reached within a 30-minute drive. The villa is set on a large enclosed plot of 4,000 metres and has parking inside the gate for 2 cars, and 2 in the garage.
