The small village of Bargemon with its shops, bars and restaurants is only a 20 minute walk away and the hustle and the vibrant coastal life and Mediterranean beaches are just a 50-minute drive away Nearby you will also find other charming villages, beautiful countryside, walks, gorges and the Provence Wine Route with many tasting points.

The villa is built on a large natural and sloping plot of land of over 17000 m2. It is surrounded by wildlife and you can enjoy the surrounding nature and the beautiful views from one of the many terraces.

The villa consists of a ground floor with kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the large and partly covered stone terrace with beautiful views.

On the lower level there is a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.
On the 1st floor of the villa there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is also a shower room on this floor.
There are toilets on all floors.

At pool level, there is an annex with a bunk bed and a single bed
