Apartment in a villa with private pool located very close to the cozy medieval village of St-Jeannet and within easy reach of the larger town of Vence, The Mediterranean beaches of Cagnes-sur-mer and the Nice airport.
Within 1 km you will find a supermarket, bakery and restaurants.
The village of St Jeannet is 1.5km away There are plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking in the area and a hike to the top of Le Baou - the mighty cliff behind St-Jeannet - is highly recommended. The apartment is located on the lowest floor of the owner’s villa and has a private entrance.
In front of the apartment there is a large covered terrace with table and chairs overlooking the garden and pool, the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
On the level below the terrace is the large pool of 10 x 5 m that is private to the tenants.
The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture and a lovely outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, hob, dishwasher and a covered terrace with dining table and chairs.
There is also a toilet with washbasin and an outside shower by the pool.
Parking for 2 cars. The apartment is on 1 level and consists of a living room with double sofa bed and TV in open connection with a modern kitchen with dining table, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
