Situated in green surroundings just 10 km from the lovely beaches of the Mediterranean
Provencal house situated on a wooded hillside just outside the picturesque medieval village of Mougins.
Mougins is a charming village with ancient houses and narrow streets and a good selection of small shops and restaurants.
In the nearby area you will find of the finest golf courses in the Southern of France and Cannes and the Mediterranean beaches is only 10 km away. The house is located at the end of a winding country lane with a beautiful, private garden and lovely views.
The garden is partly terraced and somewhere tenants must pay attention to stairs.
In the garden you will find a nice fenced pool area with large pool of 10 x 5 m surrounded by a sun terrace.
Between the house and the pool there is a pool house with lounge furniture, where you can relax in the shade.
There is also a covered terrace with built-in plancha and dining table. The villa is in 2 floors and consists of a ground-floor with living room, a separate dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and washing machine in the basement.
From the living room a spinal staircase leads to the 1st floor.
On this floor there is a bedroom and private bathroom with bathtub, hand-held shower and toilet.
From the ground-floor hall another staircase (open on one side) leads up to 2 bedrooms – 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be made as double), 1 small bedroom with double bed and 1 shower room and a toilet. The house is airy and spacious and is furnished with comfortable furniture.
