The villa is situated on a sloping plot and has a lovely garden with a pool area.

Bathroom with a bathtub. 2 separate toilets, one near the rooms and one connected to the laundry room, which is adjacent to the kitchen.
There is a large air conditioning unit in the hallway that partially covers the living room and bedrooms.
