The villa is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood only 8 minutes’ walk from the beach.

The view of the Mediterranean is magnificent and the garden with private swimming pool is completely secluded.

There is a bath and toilet by the pool.

In the garden, there are both olive trees, orange trees, palm trees and mimosas, as well as various smaller flowers and plants.

The villa is decorated in Provence style.

It is light and airy, because all rooms have sliding doors with large windows.

The house is practically furnished and in one level.

The living room and two of the bedrooms overlook the Mediterranean Sea and you go directly onto a large terrace.

The terrace has morning sun and can be covered with awning.

There is sun by the pool and in the garden all day.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are located in a separate wing with access from the living room.

The rooms all have double wardrobes with sliding door with mirror.

There is air conditioning in all rooms.

One of the bedrooms has access to its own bathroom with toilet and shower, and the other two share a bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.

2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with bunk bed and sofa bed.
