Holiday home for 6-8 people Beautifully situated overlooking vineyards and Gros Bessillon
Provencal villa beautifully located on a hill with beautiful view over the vinyards and small mountain range of Gros Bessillon.
The villa is situated just between the 2 charming villages of Cotignac and Carcès.
The area offers cozy medieval villages, wine tasting, French cuisine, rich opportunity for hikes and cycling, magnificent scenery and the Mediterranean beaches within 1 ½ hour drive. The villa is located in the North-West corner of a large plot of 1 ha.
The terraces and the pool are located South of the house and offers many hours of sunshine.
Here you will also be able to find a place in the shade under the 2 pergolas – one with dining table and 1 with sun loungers.
Covered summer kitchen on 20 m2 with dining table Weber charcoal barbeque. The tiled terrace area is on 230 m2 and separated in 2 levels.
On one of the levels you will find the private pool of 10 x 5 m, secured with pool alarm.
On the terraces you will find deck chairs and garden furniture for outdoor dining.
You will also find a few mature trees where you can hang up a hammock.
Parking for 2-3 cars. The house is in 2 levels and consists of: Ground-floor with kitchen that opens up to a dining room with dining table for 8 persons, livingroom with open fire place, a scullery with washing machine, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The 1st floor consists of: 2 bedrooms with double beds and access to a terrace with view to the vinyards.
Between the 2 bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
