Nice holiday house with private pool, located in a quiet environment on a large lot of 2500 m2 with olive trees, palm trees and a variety of bushes and flowers.
From where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the mountains and the surrounding nature, while relaxing on the terraces or at the outdoor kitchen while the children play in the large garden or at the pool . The house is situated just 1.5 km from the small village of Le Rouret, in the hinterland of Nice, between Vence and Grasse with all its perfumes.
The house is also close to forest area, so you can go bicycling or go for walks, for example to the viewpoint Le Cap des Romains.
Not far from the house, you will find Les Gorges du Loup, a narrow river canyon, offering splendid nature, waterfalls, steep cliffs, many hiking routes and water sports such as canyoning and rafting.
Le Rouret is also just 20 km from several golf courses and the sunny beaches in Nice, Antibes and Cannes. The villa is on two levels.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room, a conservatory with dining area and a couch, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with access to terrace, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
