Lower floor: 1 double bedroom (140 cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 separate toilet.

Utility room with washer and dryer. The two bedrooms on the lower level are cooler and are only equipped with fans.
