Perched on the mountainside, this charming house offers breathtaking views of the medieval village of Saint-Jeannet and the Mediterranean Sea. The village is full of character with its well-kept streets, 17th-century houses, small local shops, and cosy restaurants.

The house is particularly suitable for families with children, offering great facilities for all ages.

There is a fenced pool, water slide, playhouse, and a pétanque court, perfect for fun and quality time together.

The area invites both relaxation and activities – enjoy lazy days by the pool, go hiking in the Baou St. Jeannet mountains, or visit local markets.

Within 30 minutes’ drive you can reach the beaches in Cagnes-sur-Mer, the airport, the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, as well as several charming medieval villages.

The house is located on a steep road and is spread over two floors with several terraces and a lovely heated pool (8 x 4 m). Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and an outdoor kitchen are available.

Private parking for 2 cars is located a short distance from the house. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or large vehicles (+5 m).

The villa has been fully renovated and is decorated in a bright, modern style with many charming details.
