High up on the mountain is this cozy house, with a breathtaking view of the ancient medieval town of Saint Jeannet and the Mediterranean.
Saint Jeannet is very charming with its well-kept beautiful streets and old houses from the 17th century, buzzing with life and small local shops and cozy restaurants.
Here you are invited to a peacefull retreat enjoying the surroundings, walks in the mountains (Baou St.
Jeannet), good food from the local market, a game of boules or relaxation by the pool. In less than 30 min. drive you will find the beaches of Cagne-sur-mer, the airport and the Promenade des Anglais in Nice and a lot of small medieval villages and local markets. The house is located up a steep road, it is on 2 floors with several terraces and a beautiful heated pool of 8x4m.
Here you have garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers as well as an outdoor kitchen.
There is private parking for 2 cars down the road away from the house.
The location is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or large cars (+ 5 m.). The villa is newly renovated and decorated in a bright modern style.
The owner of the house has designed everything with an exquisite taste and lots of personality.
It is a cozy house optimally utilized with many fine details. The house consists of: Ground floor: Living / dining room and kitchen, 1 separate toilet 11st floor: 2 double bedrooms and access to the balcony, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet.
