Exclusive holiday house for 12 persons located on the edge of the charming medieval village of Saint-Jeannet, just 15 km from the lovely beaches of the Mediterranean.
Saint-Jeannet is beautifully situated on a mountain plateau in the hinterland, between Nice and Antibes.
It is a nice little village that has almost grown out of the mountain.
It is not overrun by tourists and is full of authentic Provencal atmosphere.
The villa is located just 1.5 from the center of the village. This 300 m2 villa is beautifully and modernly furnished and offers an impressive panoramic view of the green and Mediterranean landscape. The villa offers the following: large kitchen-dining room with dining area and sofa corner, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 3 of which have their own private bathroom, lovely gym, sauna and private garage.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Lovely terrace with dining table, lounge furniture and excellent views.
Below the terrace is the lovely pool area with heated pool of 9 x 4 meters, surrounded by a lovely sun terrace with sun loungers.
Pétanque and tennis court are shared with the tenants of the two neighboring villas. The stairs in the house do not have handrails, so guests with small children should be aware of this. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 680,00 EUR
