Fantastic panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Var Valley
Holiday home in beautiful and quiet settings, situated as the last villa on a closed road, high above the Var Valley and with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is located very close to the charming medieval village of Saint Jeannet, where you can get lost in the narrow streets or have a coffee in one of the shady squares.
Here you have a feeling of being in the mountains, but at the same time Nice, Antibes and the beaches along the Cote d'Azur are only a 30 minutes’ drive away. The charming and rustic villa is situated on a sloping ground and has many split levels, both inside and outside.
The garden is in three levels and on all levels, there are cozy nooks and terraces.
For example, the covered terrace next to the pool invites you to relax in the evening at the fireplace. The house is on three levels and consists on the ground floor a kitchen and a cozy living room with direct access to the terrace overlooking the three levels of the garden, the pool area and the Mediterranean. 1st floor: Dining room, 2 bedrooms with double bed (one of which is on a split level with exit to the terrace), 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. 2nd floor: Bright bedroom with double bed and private bath room.
The bedroom opens onto a large and sunny terrace from where you can enjoy the house’s most beautiful view. For your information: Since the villa is situated in the hinterland with its fantastic views, the access road can seem a bit steep.
And since the house has many staircases, it is not suited for persons with physical impairment disabilities + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
