Holiday home for 10 - 14 people Beautiful Provencal villa set in lovely and quiet surroundings
Beautiful villa built in stone, set in a totally peaceful environment surrounded by forest and hills.
Charming mature gardens set in a flat land, with plenty of fruit and olive trees and a large (13 x 6 meters) heated swimming pool. The villa is located 35-40 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and 20 minutes away from Cannes.
Nearby villages include Mougins (renowned for its gastronomic restaurants) and the picturesque Cabris (with its breathtaking panoramic view of the wider Côte d'Azur). The villa has a total living area of 320 m² and is spread over two floors. The property includes 4 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
In one of the bedrooms, in addition to the double bed, there is a smaller extra bed suitable for a child. Additionally, there is a studio with a private entrance.
The studio features a double bed in the living area and an extra bedroom with 1 sofabed – however, without a window! The property is equipped with central cooling throughout the main house, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate during the warmer months.
Additionally, the studio features its own air-conditioning unit. The villa offers 2 living rooms (one on each floor), a kitchen, and a dining room.
The furnishings are modern and inviting, ensuring comfort both indoors and outdoors. Enjoy the evenings in the beautifully illuminated garden while relaxing with views of the surrounding landscape.
