Large Provencal villa with pool located in a quiet setting outside the village of Spéracèdes (1 km), close to Cabris (3 km) and Grasse (7 km).
The villa is divided into 3 apartments and the unique look of the villa and genuine southern French charm has been maintained. Situated in green surroundings on a 9000 m2 plot in an over 100 year old olive grove, on a hill in the Esterel Mountains and in a walking distance to Spéracèdes and close to Cabris.
From the garden with a large and lovely pool (fenced) area there is a great panoramic view of the valley and the bay of Cannes.
Petanque field. The villa is divided into 3 well-functioning apartments, all with fully equipped kitchens, as well as private bathrooms in each apartment. Wireless Internet in all the villa, which makes it easy to stay connected to both family and friends, or even to work if necessary. The villa is on 2 levels; divided into 3 apartments for a total of 22 persones. Apartment 1: Apartment on 1 level, on the first floor.
