Jeannet Holiday home located within walking distance of the center of the charming and picturesque medieval village of St-Jeannet.
The area is known for its small cozy villages, beautiful nature and good hiking trails.
The holiday home is situated on a large enclosed plot of 1600 m2 with beautiful views to the village and the impressive cliff Baou de St-Jeannet. The holiday home, which is on two levels, offers the following: Lower floor: Apartment of 110 m2 with separate entrance, 3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and a large kitchen-dining room with sofa bed for 2 people.
Air conditioning in kitchen / dining area. Upper floor: Apartment of 140 m2 with separate entrance.
Living / dining room, kitchen, entrance hall, 1 bathroom with bath and 1 bathroom with Italian shower, 3 bedrooms with double bed and a laundry room.
Lovely south facing terrace with table and chairs and nice view to the village and down the green hills. Access between upper and lower level only via external stairway / road. In the garden behind the house is the beautiful outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven and covered dining area.
The holiday home also offers a lovely private pool area with sun loungers. We would like to point out that the last way up to the to the villa is a little steep. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 200,00 EUR
