Beautiful spacious villa situated in the heights behind Vence with a panoramic view over the Mediterranean from Nice to Cap d´Antibes.
The villa is situated in one of the much coveted residential areas in Vence and has a large closed plot garden with lawn and trees, pool area, parking and pool house. The holiday home consists of a main house and an annex with separate entrance.
The main house is in 2 levels and includes on the 1st floor: kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers, large hob, built-in oven and faucet with boiling water.
Furthermore, living room with sofas and dining area, 3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms and access to a terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
On the ground floor you will find: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with three single beds and one bathroom.
The annex on the first floor includes two bedrooms with double bed and private bathrooms.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is a janitor living in an independent apartment who can help with practical matters during your stay. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 1.000,00 EUR
